As a Management Systems Consultant, with a focus on Livelink, you will work closely with our client to provide expert consulting services in the field of management systems. You will play a key role in helping our client streamline their processes, improve efficiency, and achieve compliance and tangible business outcomes.

This role can support hybrid working but candidates must be able to be based on-site in Aberdeen 2 days per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordination of reviews.
  • Authoring documents.
  • Working with management system team to roll out and publish documents.
  • Assessing current management system processes and identifying areas of improvement.
  • Advising on best practices for process optimisation and compliance with industry standards.
  • Providing training and support to colleagues on management system implementation and maintenance.

Relevant Technical Experience:

  • Knowledge of Livelink Information Management system.
  • Knowledge of Information Management from within the Energy sector or similar industrial sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in business process analysis.
  • Extensive experience working with word processing software i.e. MS office, Visio, etc.
  • Knowledge of Agility software would be advantageous.
  • Previous experience in management systems consulting or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
