Field Operations Team Manager

The Opportunity

  • Identify safety improvements and work with wider team to implement
  • Support delivery of weekly/monthly/quarterly target for the individuals examining efficiency opportunities, and take responsibility for the performance improvements
  • Mentor members of the team, assist in the execution of their duties, honing their skills, and readying them to achieve outstanding results
  • Work closely with the National HydroCare Managers to support business strategies that drive growth and lead to achievement of overall targets.
  • Work closely with Contact Centre Team Leaders and CET Managers to feedback, support and improve overall HydroCare quality.
  • Work with the training team to increase the overall standard of Zip HydroCare.

Skills

  • Technical understanding and a background focused on repairs and fault finding
  • A natural problem solver with great attention to detail, essential to remain up to date and ensure processes are followed for example replenishment of parts stocked
  • Face-to-face Customer Service experience, and an ability to promote and sell, desirable but not essential
  • UK Driving license
  • Open to new ways of working whilst embracing exciting new products, services and technology as we grow and develop it.
