Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry: Utilise your strong command of Excel for accurate data entry.
  • Order Management: Place and chase orders with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
  • Team Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, ensuring that all systems are up-to-date and operational.
  • Supplier Coordination: Maintain good relationships with suppliers and coordinate effectively to meet the company’s needs.
  • System Maintenance: Keep procurement systems current and accurate, supporting the seamless operation of the production process.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for efficient data entry and management.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with suppliers and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or marine industry is a plus, but not essential.
