Our client based 6 miles south of Lincoln is looking to recruit a full time Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a contract basis to cover for a period of maternity leave working Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm and 1 in 3 Saturdays from 8am - 1pm.
In this busy position as a Customer Service Advisor, you will be required to answer and deal with incoming calls for service & repair booking and deal with after sales queries via telephone and e-mail, logging requests and scheduling appointment, working to service level agreements. You will make outbound calls to customers to remind them of upcoming MOT's and services, delivering a high level of customer service at all times. You will prioritise and coordinate customer requests, you will also take overflow reception calls and cover reception if required.
To be considered for Customer Service Advisor position, you will be an excellent communicator, you will of course be able to cope well under pressure and be highly organised. You must have previous experience in a customer service centric / coordinator role and be able to work unsupervised at times. You will possess strong communication skills and will be able to juggle a varied and busy workload.
In return, our client is offering a salary of £23,700 , pension, 25 days paid annual leave, plus statutory holidays, on-site parking, and much more.
