Fabric Engineer

Fabric Engineer required to start immediately on an ongoing temporary contract.
£20-£22 per hour.
M-F 8-5
This is a chance to join one of London's most attractive maintenance outfits.
This will be a temp to perm position working Monday to Friday 08:00am till 17:00pm
£18 to £21 per hour
Day to day duties:
● General maintenance
● Repairs
● General upkeep of the properties.
● Plumbing issues
● Painting and decorating
● Changing door locks
● Fitting cabinets/shelves
● Minor electrical issues
● Lifting furniture, and general DIY
● Occasional pick-ups and deliveries.
Qualifications:
● Own tools
● PPE (personal protective equipment)
● Previous experience
