CSR Programme Manager

Devonshire Hayes have partnered with a fantastic public sector organisation to help them secure a driven and dynamic Programme Manager on an initial 12 month contract. This role has been deemed to fall inside of IR35.
You will be tasked with the following,
Experience:
- Must have experience of leading several medium to complex programmes within the Public Sector which include more than one procurement.
- Must have previous experience of playing a lead role in the implementation of an ERP system.
- Must have previous experience of taking a lead role on production of procurement documentation, for an ERP implementation, including the requirements production, evaluation criteria setting and creation of the payment schedule.
- Produce Business case – Development of programme Business case including stakeholder management and gaining approval through the CSR and my clients governance processes.
- Communications and stakeholder management – Identify and manage stakeholder relationships and highlight need for senior level support. Manage internal and external relationships as appropriate.
- Resource management – Secures resources and directs planning, scheduling, and estimating for the CSR programmes.
- Risks and issues – Oversee risk and issue management. Ensures mitigations are in place and resolved through negotiated agreement.
- Programme performance and controls – Maintain overall integrity and coherence of programme and governance framework to support each project. Plan programme assurance activities.
You will be required to work in the office 1 day per week.
