A leading Law firm based in central Brighton is seeking an office assistant to join their fast paced and friendly team.
The ideal person will be a team player with good interpersonal and communication skills, discrete, flexible and adaptable, with a positive, ‘can do’ attitude. An aptitude for and interest in IT is also desirable and you must be willing and able to lift & carry, as necessary (within reason).
You will be responsible for post, archiving & general administrative duties in the Brighton office and also for covering the main reception desk every Friday and for the receptionist’s breaks each day.
The role would suit a school or college leaver or someone returning to the workplace after a break.
Ideally you will be available to start soon and live within easy reach of our Brighton office.
