About the Role:

Clearfield Recruitment is currently seeking CSCS Labourers on behalf of our client, a leading construction company in Weston-super-Mare. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in supporting various construction activities on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with the set-up and dismantling of construction sites.
Carrying and moving materials as instructed by supervisors.
Loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
Operating basic hand and power tools under supervision.
Assisting tradespeople, such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers, as needed.
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Following all health and safety protocols and wearing appropriate PPE at all times.
Adhering to site rules and regulations.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Labourer on construction sites.
Valid CSCS Card.
Physically fit and able to perform manual labor tasks.
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
Excellent communication skills.
Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
