Salary: £68,240 per annum

Our housing association client is recruiting for a new Head of Investment, Development & Partnership, where the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping their mission to provide fantastic homes in the city of Bristol.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the assessment of our assets, driving sustainable growth aligned with our goals
  • Spearhead efforts to achieve zero carbon emissions and meet strategic targets
  • Manage the Investment, Development, and Partnerships team, fostering high performance and cultivating new opportunities
  • Establish and maintain strong business relations with key stakeholders to enhance our social landlord partnerships

About You:

  • Degree level education or relevant professional qualification/experience
  • Experience in strategic asset management and a similar role within the sector
  • Proven track record in investment, development, or related property fields
  • Ability to think strategically and build strong partnerships
  • Excellent people management and communication skills
