Our client is a global facilities management and building services organisation, who has an ever expanding, very successful electrical division. They have successfully been in business since 1985 and grown from strength to strength across the globe.

Due to continued success within a major blue-chip contract, they are now recruiting for a  Senior Site Technician / Maintenance covering a Bradford site.

The successful candidate will be required to lead the technical team in the delivery of PPM and reactive maintenance services. 50% of the work is on the tools. This role will require you to supervise technicians and clients, ensuring good working relationships are maintained and built upon. You will be the first line in all maintenance issues throughout your allocated site. You may be required to request specialist attendance following initial call out. The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the delivery of technical repairs and PPM’s. You will ensure that all technical and compliance paperwork is accurate, completed and up to date at all times. In addition, you will be required to complete a schedule of compliance audits in a timely fashion, taking corrective action as required whilst driving process and supporting the training of all direct reports.

You must have experience of working within a similar position in a retail or commercial environment and hold the following qualifications:

  • NVQ / City &Guilds Level 3 Electrical qualification
  • 17th / 18th Edition 
  • AM2
  • Full UK Driving Licence 

In return, our client is offering a total package of £41,257 per annum, including travel time + company van/pool car if required, tools and uniform + health care + pension scheme + 33 days annual leave.
