Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Internal Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, managing client accounts, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify sales leads through outbound calls and emails.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Provide product information and pricing to customers.
- Process orders and follow up on sales inquiries in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the external sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
