Skilled Gardener
Position: Temp to Perm
Location: Dartford
Hours: Monday – Friday 7:30am – 4pm
Pay Rate: £12.00 - £12.50 per hour DOE
Immediate Start
MUST HAVE GARDENING EXPERIENCE AND A FULL UK DRIVING LICENSE
Do you have a passion for plants and a keen eye for detail?
Our client are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic gardener to join their team in Dartford on a temp-to-perm basis. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining a stylish site to a high standard.
What you'll do:
- General garden maintenance tasks including weeding, planting, pruning, trimming hedges, and lawn care.
- Preparing beds and borders for seasonal planting.
- Maintaining garden tools and equipment.
- Following safe working practices.
What we're looking for:
- Experience in gardening, horticulture, or a related field. (Desirable)
- A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for creating beautiful gardens.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A full UK driving licence.
What we offer:
- Pay rate £12.00 - £12.50 per hour
- Monday to Friday working hours (7.30 am - 4.00 pm).
