I’m seeking a motivated, customer focussed individual to join an expanding estate agents as a Trainee Estate Agent. The ideal candidate for this role will have sales experience or a customer facing experience, this could be within retail, hospitality or an office based role.

The Role: 

• Communicating with sellers and buyers 
• Negotiating offers 
• Carrying out property viewings 
• Arranging viewings and appointments 
• Using the system 
• Liaising with landlords and tenants 
• Providing excellent service over the phone and face to face 

Skills and Attributes: 

• Customer service background – this could be within retail, hospitality, marketing or an office based role 
• Driven and motivated 
• Positive  
• Excellent communication skills 
• Sales experience – desirable but not essential
