The Role:

• Corporate Tax Accounting - Returns and computations.
• Corporate Tax Compliance
• M&A Tax Advisory, including tax due diligence.

The Person:

• CTA or ACA Qualified
• Corporate Tax Compliance
• Corporate Tax Accounting
• M&A tax advice
• Advisory or senior stakeholder management
