Responsibilities include the daily planning, organisation, and supervision of all business activities together with working as part of the team on the ground with a fleet of modern machinery. Key responsibilities • Managing and developing the farming business • Crop production and management • Livestock management • Reporting to business management team as required • Assist farm administration staff with grants and subsidies • Good knowledge of compliance and assist with health and safety The salary will reflect experience however will include vehicle and house if required.
