We are currently seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team.

Hours of Work: 16 - 25 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

• Providing high-quality care and support to individuals in need
• Assisting with daily activities such as meal preparation, medication reminders, and personal hygiene
• Building rapport and engaging with clients in a respectful and professional manner
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment for residents
• Communicating effectively with healthcare professionals and family members

Requirements:

• Compassionate and empathetic nature
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team as well as independently
• Holds a UK Driving Licence & has access to a Car.
