Their primary responsibility is to ensure the delivery of high-quality care services to clients while leading a dynamic team of Home Support Workers, Nurses, and Office Employees. The role also involves ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards and driving the branch's growth & success. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and leadership skills, enabling them to effectively implement and drive Comfort Keepers strategic vision and goals.

What You'll Do:

• Drive the growth and success of your branch
• Lead a dynamic team delivering high-quality home care
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and families

What We're Looking For:

• Strong leadership and management skills
• Minimum Level 6 QQI in management or health/ social care
• Previous experience in the healthcare or home care sector
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Must have Full Clean Driving Licence & Own Car
