We are currently looking for a talented Junior Sous Chef to join our growing team. This is an ideal role for someone with extensive experience as a Chef De Partie who is now looking to take the next step in their career.

You must have extensive experience of working in Kitchens and have a passion for the industry.

In the role of Junior Sous Chef, you will be responsible for the day to day operations of our Kitchens while liaising with our Head Chef, Sous Chefs and Kitchen Brigade on creating and planning of menus.

We expect that the successful candidate will be able to assist in the training and development of new crew while creating a positive working environment.

You should be capable of working on your own initiative, be able to work within a team and have strong leadership skills.
