Fig Tree Restaurant - located on the grounds of Dromoland Castle Golf & Country Club. We are currently recruiting for Full Time Food and Beverage Servers working 5 over 7 days. The Fig Tree Restaurant opens Monday to Sunday serving Breakfast between 10:00am to 12:00 Noon - Lunch 12:00 Noon to 5:00pm and Dinner 5:00pm to 8:30pm.

Dromoland Castle Restaurant (Castle Outlets) - We are currently recruiting for Full Time and Part Time Food and Beverage Servers to join our restaurant team at Dromoland Castle Hotel working 5 over 7 days. We have a variety of shifts which are Monday to Sunday Breakfast between 06:30am to 12:30pm - Afternoon Tea between 12:00Noon to 6:00pm - Dinner 6:00pm to 11:00pm.

Full Time Breakfast Servers - Monday to Sunday between 06:30am to 12:30pm (approximately)

Full Time Evening / Dinner Servers - Monday to Sunday hours are allocated between 12:00Noon to 11:00pm (approximately)

Overview of Role:

• Set up of Tables, retrieving and serving beverages and food orders to guest tables according to five star standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and engagement
• Assist with private parties / corporate functions.
• Assist with training of junior waiters/waitresses
• Assisting in other Food & Beverage outlet on the Resort when the need arises.

Candidate must meet the following criteria:

• Experience working in similar environment
• Have a friendly, chatty and outgoing personality.
• Must be well organised and be able to manage busy service periods.
• Flexibility required in terms of working hours.
