MAN Commercial Protection are currently recruiting for full-time Day Security Officers in Coventry CV8.

MAN Commercial Protection are recruiting full time Security Officers to play a vital role on one of our sites in Coventry. The role will involve working 12 hour day shifts.

 Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off shift pattern.

Shift Timings: 05:30 - 17:30.

Cover at short notice may also be required.

Pay Rate: £11.44

The role will include carrying out duties including: The booking in and out of vehicles and visitors, customer services, CCTV monitoring, patrolling, personnel / vehicle searching and other duties. Good verbal and written communication skills are essential as are punctuality & attendance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gatehouse duties
• CCTV viewing.
• Write accurate incident reports in a timely manner and provide visible high profile security presence.
• Booking in and out vehicles and visitors
• Searching staff, contractors and vehicles
• Check alarms and log information
• Respond to and deal with all site incidents and emergencies
• Have a flexible approach to work

The Ideal Candidate MUST have:

• A valid front line SIA Licence
• Basic computer skills
• A full 5-year checkable work / education history, including addresses and landline contact details.
• Own transport
