Your Role:

• Turn guest rooms and bathrooms into spotless sanctuaries
• Thoroughly vacuum rooms and corridors
• Replace bed linen, towels, and amenities following our standards
• Follow our procedures for handling lost property
• Respond promptly and efficiently to guest requests
• Adhere to Health & Safety regulations
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills

Who We're Looking For:

• Experience in hotel cleaning or housekeeping (preferred)
• A warm, approachable personality with a positive, proactive approach
• Dedication to delivering exceptional service
• A strong team player
• A professional appearance and manner
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
