Key responsibilities:

      Part of a team to ensuring service is delivered to meet contractual requirements

      Ensure compliance to all regulations within the contract.

      Develop annual objectives for each technician bearing in mind the geography of the region and the key sites within it.

      Developing local improvement programmes that are aligned with overall business strategy and that will help the company to meet its client service commitments

      Analysing KPI data to identify issues, trends and improvement opportunities.

      Commercially developing the contract to grow through adding additional services and delivering additional projects

      Monitoring all contract budgets, focus on meeting budget and controlling costs

      Benchmarking performance data across similar contracts / industries

      Agreeing and documenting performance targets and risk registers per site with relevant client and Mitie

      Ensuring that there is a clearly defined procedure for rectifying any process or service that goes outside a defined set of performance criteria / limits

      Attend client meetings which could be held weekly (operational), monthly (review) or quarterly (strategic) and take the lead to represent Mitie and drive for a service of excellence

      Ensure that all PPM and Reactive calls, SLA's and KPI's, including the Company's set targets, are met for the contract

      To support the development of new sales, ensuring continuous growth

      Develop and demonstrate energy initiatives across the portfolio to improve consumption. To provide management information/reporting as required

      Advocating and facilitating a mindset that encompasses fact-based decision making and collaboration

      Developing and implementing effective communications plans to engage with stakeholders that are impacted by change or improvement initiatives


About you:

      Holds relevant professional, technical and management qualifications, and has 5 plus years' experience

      Has proven experience in the management of large P&L budgets

      Experience of Total Facilities Management Encouraging Innovation and Managing Change

      Experience of implementing and using a CAFM system such as Maximo

      Challenge existing processes, introducing new approaches to reduce the level of risk, improve the quality and efficiency and effectiveness of processes, actively encouraging and supporting creativity in the contract

      Develop effective relationships with key stakeholders through consultation, advice, facilitation of discussion and resolution of conflict.

      Experience developing procedures and mobilisation of large-scale contracts.

      To support the development of new sales, ensuring continuous growth

      To provide management information/reporting as required

      To monitor and control supplier, and sub-contractor response times and costs

      Communicate effectively in writing and orally, having the ability to translate complex information including Client requirements to provide information in a way that is accessible and easily understood.

      Ability to influence and persuade stakeholders/customers to accept a way forward, sometimes dealing with resistance to the proposals

      Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
