We are currently recruiting for a full time Customer Service Administrator for our site in Glanmire, Cork.


Main Duties will include:

  • Handle inbound calls from customers with care and interest
  • Complaint handling and follow up
  • Administrative Account Management (contract set-up, filing, reports)
  • Data Input
  • Responsible for customer care + retention to defined customers 
  • Support to Customer Service team with admin and action tasks
  • Updating Health and Safety Documentation
  • Liaising with Distribution and Production Departments



The ideal candidate would be:

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills on phone
  • Customer minded problem solver - proactive.
  • Computer skills
  • Good business understanding and commercial skills
  • Planning and organization skills
  • Team player
  • Conflict management


Previous admin experience essential

Strong IT skills especially in Word and Excel desirable


Hours: 5 days a week Monday to Friday 9am -5pm
