Housekeeping/ Laundry Assistant - Full-Time

The Marlay, part of the CareChoice Group is one of South Dublin's most reputable nursing homes, built to very high standards and operated to deliver excellent care of the elderly. We are now looking for a full time Housekeeping Assistant.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Daily cleaning of allocated bedrooms and general areas within the Nursing Home
- Assisting in keeping the dining area organized clean and tidy
- Managing the safe storage and own use of cleaning chemicals and other products
- Collection and correct disposable of domestic and clinical waste
- Providing intensive cleaning techniques in M.R.S.A Infected rooms as directed
- Rotate where necessary to meet the housekeeping demands of the role
- Report all complaints and comments regarding the cleanliness to the Housekeeping Manager.
