We are currently recruiting for an Accommodation Assistant to work up to 5 full day shifts a week.


The Person: The successful candidate will have:

Experience in a similar role in a hotel of a similar standard and quality

Must be flexible, enjoy a challenge and is able to work outside the comfort zone while maintaining the ability to be objective and positive

Be courteous and focused on providing a consistently high standard of service.

Must be a team player with the ability to multi task.

Must be standards driven and detail orientated.

Maintain a professional image at all times through appearance.


The Role: You will be required to:

To greet all guests in a warm and a friendly manner

To work as part of the Accommodation team

To clean and service the hotel guest rooms, bathrooms and public areas

To ensure guests corridors and public areas are cleaned and serviced to the required standard.

To have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all standards of performance and delivery within the accommodation department

To develop a strong working relationship with colleagues in your department and related departments.
