Aurivo are welcoming applications from enthusiastic, high performing finance graduates to join our Graduate Programme which will commence in September 2025

This is an ideal opportunity for ambitious graduates who wish to achieve more from their careers. 

The successful candidates' will have a strong drive to succeed & progress within the Organisation whilst contributing to the achievement of Aurivo's strategic plan.    

Over a three and a half year intensive Training Programme; Graduates will rotate across our various Business Units including Agribusiness, Consumer Foods, Dairy Ingredients and Marts, where they will gain exposure to the Finance operations in the individual business units.

We are looking for Graduates with the following qualifications and skills: 

• Minimum of a 2:1 qualification or equivalent - attained or expected 
• Prepared to undertake professional accountancy examinations 
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and proficient in other MS Office applications 
• Communication Skills and Interpersonal Skills with a focus on Cross Functional Collaboration 
• Drive for Results 
• Working on own Initiative 
• Leadership 
• Commercial Awareness 
• Flexibility in relation to work location and working arrangements 

Responsibilities will include: 

• All aspect of accounts preparation and presentation  
• Management accounting and costings  
• Budget and forecast preparation  
• Other ad hoc projects
