Receptionist- Permanent Full Time
Applications are invited for 1 position in the Support Services Department.
1) Receptionist - Permanent Full Time.
Flexibility is required-Monday to Sunday, shift work from 6.45am-10pm.
Essential Criteria
The post holder must
Have been educated to Leaving Certificate standard or equivalent.
Have a minimum of one years' previous experience working in a busy Reception/front of house environment.
Customer service experience.
Have excellent administrative and organisational skills.
Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with management, consultant staff, staff, patients, public and outside agencies.
Have good keyboard skills and a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office systems.
Must be able to multitask
A positive and committed approach to your work.
