We are a fast-growing ICP specialising in grid connections and the design, build and maintenance of EV charging hubs. We are buzzing with opportunity and very much part of the shift to net zero.

 

This role will manage the admin function for the bid/tendering team. This team look after all the new project enquiries and are responsible for submitting the pricing and proposal to clients. The admin function will support this department in the back-office activities that contribute to the final tender submission.  

 

Key Duties & Responsibilities


  • Monitor Bid Admin inbox for new enquiries
  • Respond to and update clients on existing enquiries
  • Chase up submitted bid proposals with clients to check on status
  • Provide Admin support to bid team in order to help with the submission of proposals
  • Input and update Bid status onto internal tracking boards/systems
  • Organise team meetings and note take actions
  • Monitoring timescales for delivery of bids and notifying of upcoming deadlines
  • Check bid information provided by clients and recognise if any additional requirements
  • Answer customer enquiries sent to bid team inbox
  • Making certain that all proposals are formatted correctly to comply with company brand guidelines
  • Support with new client onboarding and completion of PQQ's
