Salary: £13.25 - £13.80 per hour + mileage

Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced and trained Domiciliary Care Assistants to join our caring team. The ideal candidates will possess a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience in supporting individuals living with stoma bags, cerebral palsy, learning disabilities, and physical disabilities. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality personal care and support to clients, ensuring their dignity and comfort
• Assist clients with stoma care and management
• Support individuals with cerebral palsy, learning and physical disabilities, and their daily activities
• Implement effective moving and handling practices to ensure client safety
• Foster a compassionate and supportive environment that encourages independence
• Document and report any changes in the client's condition to relevant team members
• Maintain the highest standards of care and adhere to company policies and procedures

What We Are Looking For:

• Proven experience in domiciliary care, preferably with specific training in stoma care, cerebral palsy, and working with individuals with learning and physical disabilities
• Up-to-date knowledge of moving and handling techniques
• A compassionate, patient, and caring nature
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and alternate weekends
• Valid driving license and access to your own vehicle for travel to clients' homes
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and their families
• Enhanced DBS check (we can assist with this if you don't have a current one)
