We are excited to announce that we are growing our processing team.
The Role:
You will be part of a multiskilled team working with our residential energy customers with tasks including but not limited to:
- Data Entry
- Handling customer queries
- Inbound & Outbound calls
- Sales Processing
Full training will be provided and previous experience, although desirable, is not essential.
Work Pattern:
Monday - Friday
9:00 AM - 5:00 PM & 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM
The role will be hybrid, initially office based until training is completed and then working from home rota will be confirmed.
Please be advised that candidates based outside Northern Ireland will not be considered for this role.
