Job Description
We’re recruiting for a Deputy Head of Financial Crime Operations to join us on a 10 month FTC. We’re offering a competitive base salary and strong benefits package.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting the Head of Financial Crime with 1st line operational BAU work and Project work
- Acting as a subject matter expert and supporting and guiding the Screening and Enhanced Due Diligence teams
- Producing clear management information and representing the Financial Crime Operations team at various groups, oversight committees and team meetings
- Providing advice, guidance and challenge to improve identification, management and mitigation of risk
- Testing systems and processes and looking for ways of improvement
