You would be trained to deliver private care packages for people living across Northwest Kent. We match you to clients based on your availability, personality and actively encourage you to foster a genuine relationship. Services will include companionship, helping with their personal hygiene routines, making sure they are maintaining a balanced diet, assisting with administering medication, shopping, light housekeeping, and anything in-between. Services are tailored to the client and their routines. 

You will visit your client for no less than one hour and work off a set activity list bespoke to them. However, Home Instead are different from other providers as we want you to bring in your own special touch to enlighten the lives of our elderly community. Do not worry if you have never done care before, you will receive full training and shadowing a senior in the field before you start.
