Reporting into teh Senior Software Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd level Support to various Xplor products. This will require you to complete a detailed investigation and replication of software issues. You will focus on solving problems that need in-depth knowledge and handle escalations as well as challenging and technical queries.

Responsibilities include:

  • Carry out database queries using SQL
  • Install, configure and troubleshoot door access control systems and support with identifying API errors
  • Work with clients to interpret technical problems and provide viable solutions
  • Use spreadsheet skills to present and analyse data
  • Provide in-depth technical investigation to determine the cause of issues
  • Provide reports for various stakeholders, both internal and external, in appropriate format and in line with agreed schedule
  • Resolve sync issues with integrated partners - ie AF, DDMS, Ezypay, Stripe
  • Act as the go between for first line and engineering teams to ensure all relevant data is captured and shared for any new software requests or bug fixes.

For this position, we offer a hybrid and flexible working model, where you will spend 3 days per week in the office and 2 working from home.
