You will be working in and around the communities of Alton, Holybourne, Selbourne, Fourmarks, Medsted and everywhere in between. We encourage applications from all sections of the community, as we want to reflect the neighbourhoods in which we work.

Responsibilities:
• Provide companionship and conversation, fostering a supportive and positive environment.
• Assist with daily tasks such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errand running.
• Help with personal care activities to support independence.
• Encourage and support in physical activities and exercises, tailored to individual abilities.
• Remind clients to take their medication and assist with mobility around the home.
• Accompany clients to appointments and social events, providing transportation when necessary.
