JOB PURPOSE
Partners take a leadership role in the strategy, development, and growth of EVERSANA MANAGEMENT CONSULTING (EMC).
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Grow the practice by leading strategic business development and solution sales efforts to improve the outcomes for our life science clients.
- Develop, broaden and deepen the EMC partnership with a portfolio of clients.
- Leverage your life science subject matter expertise to serve as an external & internal facing expert.
- Support the development of junior team members by coaching and expanding their skillset when appropriate.
- Lead and advise client engagements across our markets.
- Ability to design and sell solution-oriented engagements and the growth of a book of business.
