Join Our Team as a Framework Relationship Manager!

We're looking for a dynamic individual to take the lead in managing key frameworks and driving growth. This role is packed with opportunities to make a real impact. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Build Strong Relationships: Connect with key stakeholders to boost interest and engagement with Assystem.
  • Master the Strategy: Fully understand the strategy and operations of each framework, ensuring top-quality delivery that meets client expectations.
  • Support Winning Bids: Collaborate with the bid team to position Assystem for future framework opportunities.
  • Oversee Day-to-Day Operations: Monitor daily activities, ensure compliance, and recommend improvements when needed.
  • Drive Team Growth: Manage onboarding, support project managers, fill vacancies, and coordinate with recruitment to meet business goals.
  • Manage Financial Performance: Oversee profit and loss, project performance, revenue, and budgeting to keep everything on track.
  • Ensure Compliance: Implement strong management controls and governance for effective project delivery.
  • Handle Contractual Matters: Make sure all legal aspects are reviewed and understood by the project team.
  • Represent Assystem: Attend framework-level meetings, supplier reviews, and bidders’ forums as our company ambassador.
  • Shape the Future: Participate in refining and implementing the business plan for the framework’s future success.
  • Ensure Project Excellence: Guarantee that all projects align with company policies, procedures, and quality assurance standards.
  • Proactive Project Review: Regularly review projects to identify and tackle any issues or seize new opportunities.
