  • Engage prospective members by maintaining engaging conversations.
  • Build rapport and trust with potential members.
  • Promote membership benefits. Highlighting features that align with the customer’s needs.
  • Address concerns raised by potential members confidently and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system.
  • Work closely with the Supervisor and Customer Service Advisors to share insights and ideas for improving membership services.
  • Use selling techniques to convert interested users into paying members.
  • Overcome objections professionally and effectively.
  • Handle account maintenance, password reset and other service actions.
  • Stay updated on travel trends, club offerings and membership benefits.
  • Communicate via both phone and email.
