The Role

We are seeking a Planning Business Director to lead the Perrigo account during a maternity cover period. This role is integral to delivering strategic media planning and ensuring excellent execution across multiple channels. You'll be a key point of contact for the client and will lead a high-performing team, managing campaigns that drive brand growth and market leadership for Perrigo’s portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the media strategy and planning for Perrigo’s entire portfolio.
• Ensure the smooth execution of integrated campaigns across all media channels.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to meet key objectives and performance KPIs.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to the planning team.
• Manage and optimize media budgets, ensuring maximum ROI for the client.
• Maintain and foster excellent client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor on all media-related matters.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in media planning, ideally at a senior/business director level.
• Proven track record of working with large, high-profile clients.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop teams.
• Expertise in multi-channel planning, with a particular focus on digital.
• Excellent client servicing and relationship management abilities.
