  • We are not looking for specific care experience – your personal values, though, are critical
  • Excellent support and training given but being kind, caring and compassionate is essential.
  • Recruiting for part-time hours. This will include every other weekend
  • Great rates of pay from April £13.50 up to £15.25 per hour plus 12.7% holiday pay accrued on all hours

Key Responsibilities

Personalised Care: Stepping into the day with a warm smile, you will assist in a range of daily activities that encompass meal preparations, personal care, and medication reminders, all while honouring the personal preferences of each client.

 

Companionship: You will be the friendly face and listening ear, fostering a genuine friendship through meaningful conversations and sharing joy in leisure activities, thereby bringing a sparkle of happiness to their day.

 

Community Engagement: Play a pivotal role in reconnecting our clients with their community, aiding in outings, accompanying them to events, and assisting with shopping, all the while ensuring safety and enjoyment.

 

Home Assistance: Uphold a home environment that resonates with warmth, safety, and cheerfulness, helping with maintaining cleanliness and order.
