Position Overview: Are you a dynamic and hands-on professional with an interest in data analytics and financial reporting? We are seeking an FP&A and Performance Reporting Analyst to join our Assure Finance team!. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you will play a crucial role in delivering performance reports, quarterly forecasts, annual plans, and ad-hoc business analysis!. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver accurate and informative weekly/monthly business performance reports to leadership and team members.
• Assist in developing the annual budget and quarterly forecasts, managing inputs, processes, and outputs.
• Drive improvements in financial processes and systems for strategic insight, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting across P&L, CAPEX, and working capital.
• Enhance performance analytics and reporting dashboards using systems like Tableau, providing business insights on trends, product/sector breakdowns, and regional/customer breakdowns.
• Provide ad-hoc project support for priority Assure & Group Finance initiatives.
