Your Role

To support our continuous growth, we are looking for a highly motivated Finance Assistant to enhance our finance team and support the business as integration in to Telefonica Tech UK&I ramps up. 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the preparation and processing of the monthly payroll for all employees. 
  • Processing updates to the payroll including joiners, leavers, salary changes etc. 
  • Work closely with the People Team to ensure payroll records are accurate and up to date. 
  • Handling payroll related queries from employees. 
  • Ensuring contractor invoices are accurately reconciled to timesheets. 
  • Reviewing and verifying employee expense claims, ensuring these are processed accurately and in accordance with company policy.
