Job Description

We are seeking a HR Administrator/Advisor who is keen to develop their skills within our busy Reading team. Key tasks will include triaging our central HR inbox, managing the new starter onboarding process for all new managers to the business, supporting with advertising vacancies, producing reports, sending meeting invitations and taking meeting notes and supporting the HR Managers with some advising on people-related issues.

This role could be a stepping stone into an advisory role in the near future. This is a busy role and team work is essential to manage the workload. It is really rewarding as you will learn lots, work within a small but dedicated team with personality and will have some fun and laughs along the way, as well as have the opportunity to be involved in so much more if you have the drive and passion to progress in your career.
