Job Description

The Finance Assistant will contribute to the function by carrying out a range of duties that include (but are not limited to):

  • Manage the AR process from Invoice to Receipt and ensuring target debtor days outstanding are achieved.
  • Management of bank reconciliations and accurate recording of cash payments and receipts.
  • Review and preparation of journal entries as part of monthly cycle
  • Assisting with management of the accounts payable process for our French and Australian entities
  • Assistance with preparation of VAT returns and regular EU filings on a timely basis.
  • Assistance with Preparation of management reports for stakeholders of the company.
  • Review and preparation of reconciliations for balance sheet accounts.
  • Delivery of ad-hoc reporting requests, detailed account analysis and other duties as needed to support the monthly and quarterly close process.
  • Assistance with Monthly Forecasting and Annual budget process.
  • Support for wider team as and when required.
