Activus Recruitment are assisting our client fill a rare opportunity for a mechanic to join their team in a busy local independent specialist garage in Kingswells, Aberdeen.
This is a full-time temp to perm role
Rate: circa 18ph DoE
The ideal Candidate must have the following:
" Experience in diagnostic, service & repair of VAG group vehicles
" NVQ in Motor Vehicle Technology and a City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent
" Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle systems
" Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
" MOT Test certified preferred but not essential
" Ability to work under pressure
" Quality awareness
" Communication skills
" Eligibility to work in the UK and hold a full UK driving license
" Excellent attention to detail
" Ability to work on your own or as part of a team
