Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily management and operation of the nursery
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children
- Support the implementation of educational programs and activities
- Maintain effective communication with parents and staff
- Supervise and mentor nursery staff
- Assist in administrative tasks and record-keeping
Requirements
- Relevant qualification in childcare or early years education (Minimum Level 3)
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- First Aid certification is desirable
- Enhanced DBS check
