Location: Worcester, UK (Home-Based)
Salary: £26,000 - £36,000 DOE

Chappell Enterprises UK are recruiting for a Maintenance Technician on behalf of our client, a leader in the Arboricultural and Groundcare industry. Whether you’re experienced in motor mechanics, agriculture, forestry, or simply want a new challenge in a growing sector, this role could be your perfect fit!

• Inspect and diagnose equipment, identifying faults and potential problems.
• Repair and maintain equipment such as wood chippers, stump grinders, compact loaders, and tractors.
• Troubleshoot issues with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Keep digital records of maintenance and repairs using the latest technology.
• Work independently to manage your own tasks and collaborate with clients to provide expert advice.

• Experience with groundcare, arboricultural, or similar machinery (preferred but not essential).
• Skills in diagnosing and fixing mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical systems.
• A practical, hands-on approach with great attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
• A valid UK driver’s license and willingness to travel to client locations.

• Competitive Salary: £26,000 - £36,000 depending on experience.
