Our client, a long-standing and reputable grounds maintenance company near Cheshunt, Hertfordshire, is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team.

Role Overview

This role is designed for someone passionate about grounds maintenance and sports ground care. The position involves a range of responsibilities, including the upkeep of sports grounds and facilities, ensuring high standards are maintained throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance of sports grounds, including rugby and cricket pitches.
• Operation and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
• Ensuring the safety and tidiness of the grounds.
• Adapting to varying tasks depending on weather conditions and seasonal changes.
• Liaising with customers and team members to meet grounds requirements.

Requirements

• Experience in grounds maintenance or a related field.
• Proficiency in using grounds maintenance machinery and equipment.
• Strong commitment to health and safety standards.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driving license.

Job Details
