With Intelligence is seeking a talented and motivated Data Analyst to join our newly formed internal BI Team. This is a chance to be part of the beginning of a BI journey to provide the business with accessible data and foster a data-driven culture.  

As a BI Analyst, you will help the team build an organised data infrastructure using dbt/redshift/tableau to feed the business with insights. You will model raw data in to finalised tables, provide in-depth analysis and build reporting tools to inform With’s decision making and business strategy. 

We are a new team with plenty of scope to influence the way in which With use data across the business. We are looking for self-motivated and driven individuals who want to work with stakeholders so they can make use of With’s data. 

This is a great opportunity for someone wanting more exposure in modern data stack tooling e.g. dbt. 

Responsibilities

  • End to end project work - work with stakeholders to design a scope, design and model the data, run analysis, build reporting dashboards, and present back to stakeholders 
  • Become a With data expert – we expect our BI team to be the bridge between our stakeholder’s questions and the data. As such we need to be an expert in With data 
  • Support the team and collaborate with other teams to architect, develop and maintain sustainable best-practice data structures  
  • Support ad-hoc data analysis and analysis requests from internal teams 
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in BI and data visualization 

Requirements

  • 2 years experience as a Data Analyst or similar role 
  • Proficiency in using data viz tools (Tableau preferable)  
  • Intermediate SQL proficiency – (CTEs, window functions, basic transformational commands)  
  • Experience in B2B commercial and operational reporting. Platform / subscription experience is preferred   
  • Experience working with large datasets and performing data analysis 
  • Ability to translate business requirements into meaningful visualizations and reports 
  • Knowledge of data validation, cleansing, and transformation techniques
