We are seeking our first Director of Growth to take charge of scaling our D2C efforts and expanding our global presence. Reporting to the COO, you will drive growth strategies across sales and digital marketing, ensuring alignment with our broader business goals. Your responsibilities will include managing e-commerce operations, leading Go-To-Market initiatives, and optimizing budgets, forecasting, and performance metrics to deliver impactful results. This role will be instrumental in driving our mission to inspire positive change in the wellness industry.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee all growth and marketing efforts, from driving user acquisition to boosting customer retention and lifetime value, ensuring these initiatives align with the company’s overarching objectives.
  • Create and implement a growth strategy tailored to different markets, utilizing various channels such as paid social, paid search, email marketing, influencer marketing, affiliates, and organic growth.
  • Proactively seek out new opportunities for growth and manage a prioritized backlog of initiatives, focusing on those with the greatest potential impact and alignment with business priorities.
  • Leverage data and analytics to make swift, informed strategic decisions and enhance growth performance.
  • Oversee the preparation of regular marketing performance and growth reports, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), conversion rates, and other relevant metrics. Ensure insights are clearly communicated to stakeholders and used to optimize campaigns, enhance customer targeting, and shape ongoing strategy for continuous growth and profitability.

Requirements

  • Growth Leadership: 2-3 years in a growth leadership role with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and meeting targets across various markets and channels between $10m to $30m
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Deep understanding of digital marketing (SEM, social media, display, email) with experience leveraging digital channels to boost sales and brand visibility.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing sales data and market trends to generate insights that drive strategic decisions and optimize sales and marketing efforts.
  • Budget Management: Skilled in managing budgets, forecasting, and optimizing sales and marketing spend to achieve the best ROI.
  • Consumer Brand Experience: Experience in consumer brand marketing, preferably in premium lifestyle or wellness sectors
