The Client Success Director will be responsible for leading the end-to-end client success cycle driving growth for existing and future clients.

As a key member of our client success team, the Client Success Director is passionate about Global Mobility and technology to help drive client delight and continued loyalty. From engagement and onboarding, through education, value realisation and innovation, we will need you to bring your Global Mobility, business development and solution consulting experience to our client portfolio to increase adoption, deliver against clear KPIs, and drive growth. This is a new position at Equus, and a fantastic opportunity for the right individual to work in partnership with our sales consultants and other internal stakeholders to lead client delivery teams in achieving client happiness and increasing feature adoption in a continuously evolving market.

Our Client Success Directors will build strong client relationships and be held and respected as trusted advisors. The right person is self-driven, can manage multiple priorities and can be both strategic and detailed when needed.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Meet with clients to understand their Global Mobility program, technology requirements, status, and future strategy
  • Effectively communicate the Equus message and key differentiators – both internally and externally
  • Lead and motivate multifunctional teams delivering consultative, value-based solutions projects to effectively get the client what they need now, and help them strategically in the future
  • Workshop and demo Equus Software solutions in a tailored way to deliver enhanced value to the Client’s programme, resulting in effective cross-selling and up-selling
  • Collaborate with our sales and marketing team to optimise messaging, support onboarding and client support in RFI and RFP presentations, continuing throughout the relationship lifecycle
  • Support client questions around Data Privacy, System Security, and functionality / solutions
  • Build and maintain an excellent network of relationships at the executive, leader, and manager level of clients through regular contact and discussion of business needs throughout the relationship lifecycle
  • Continuously learn about the product line, new features, benefits, and solutions associated with Equus software products and services
  • Help develop the business case and prioritise client product enhancement ideas and priority lists, effectively representing clients and articulating value internally
  • Support thought leadership and marketing initiatives such as Client Conferences, industry events and campaigns
  • Provide testimonials, write blogs, whitepapers, and client case studies to support our marketing on (url removed)
  • Support Client Success improvement projects and initiatives
  • Travel, event and client-facing activities expected for around 50% of the role

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working with existing Global Mobility technology (preferred)
  • At least 5 years' Senior Team Leadership and delivery responsibility
  • Clearly demonstrable business development experience in an international and fast-paced environment
  • Ability and flexibility to self-manage, organize, and prioritize meeting multiple deliverables and deadlines in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
  • Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
  • Innovative, extremely creative, and constantly looking for ways to improve our processes

EDUCATION

  • Bachelors’ degree and minimum of 5 years of Global Mobility experience (in-house, Big4 or equivalent), leadership experience
